Tuscany's History:
Tuscany Construction was founded by Joseph and Jeffrey Mariottini in 2000. Joseph's prior
experience was as a builder, developer, general contractor and carpentry contractor since 1955.
Son, Jeffrey has operated a mid-sized general contractor and carpentry contractor busines since 1988. Prior to that, Jeff performed with Joseph on numerous projects.
This merger results in a company whose owners have a combined total of nearly 75 years experience in the construction industry.
Throughout the years, father and son have been committed to customer satisfaction and quality construction. They pride themselves on their continual personal involvement in all aspects of the project, beginning at the budgetary stage and continuing with their direct on-site involvement during construction.
In The News:
July 2008 — The finishing touches begin on the new construction of the 66,000 square foot, three-story Extra Space Storage facility in Tinley Park, Illinois.
July 2008 — Construction is well underway on a 9,000 square foot, 2 building retail center on the corner of Grand and Baldwin Avenue in Waukegan, Illinois.
The Shoppes at Prime Village — is located at the corner of Meacham and Algonquin Roads in Schaumburg, Illinois is a nine acre development that includes seven buildings valued at approximately $15,000,000. Tuscany began work on the site back in the fall of 2005 and continues with current phases including Culver's, five outlet buildings and IDOT roadwork.
