July 2008 — Tuscany continues construction on a strip center addition and remodel at the Itasca Park Place on the corner of Rohlwing and Irving Park Road in Itasca, Illinois.

July 2008 — Construction is well underway on a 9,000 square foot, 2 building retail center on the corner of Grand and Baldwin Avenue in Waukegan, Illinois.



The Shoppes at Prime Village — is located at the corner of Meacham and Algonquin Roads in Schaumburg, Illinois is a nine acre development that includes seven buildings valued at approximately $15,000,000. Tuscany began work on the site back in the fall of 2005 and continues with current phases including Culver's, five outlet buildings and IDOT roadwork.
