It is Tuscany’s policy to provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, clients, and sub-contractors. We take safety very seriously and realize the necessity for the implementation of a successful safety program. Work-related accidents can cause serious injuries, while most accidents are preventable.
All contractors and subcontractors are expected to comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. Contractors are not allowed on the site without a current Certificate of Insurance. Each site is monitored throughout the project for conformance.
Tuscany believes that training is an investment rather than an expense.
